77gaya Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 77gaya platform, including the website, mobile browser experience, all associated game products, sports betting services, and promotional materials (collectively the "Services"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 77gaya ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on 77gaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

77gaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with 77gaya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is strictly enforced. We may request documentary proof of age at any stage.
• You are registering as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 77gaya platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 77gaya or any other platform under a mutual exclusion arrangement.
• You are accessing the Services voluntarily and are not located in a jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of unlawful activity.

77gaya reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any registration at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility requirements have not been met or that false information has been provided.

3 Account Management

Each registered user is permitted to hold one account only. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, 77gaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete personal information at registration and keeping that information current at all times.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

77gaya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on 77gaya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳100; standard processing time: instant.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳100; standard processing time: instant.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳200; processing time: up to 15 minutes.
• Upay (UCB) — Minimum deposit ৳200; processing time: up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification. 77gaya does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your 77gaya account, and only to an account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

77gaya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the matter will be referred to our compliance team and relevant authorities if warranted.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 77gaya offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion detail page. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within the deadline.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active on an account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• 77gaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of promotional errors will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.

Players who use bonus funds exclusively for the purpose of extracting value without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed entirely.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, as displayed within the game interface or sports betting section. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

General betting rules that apply across all products on 77gaya include:

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation from the 77gaya system. Bets placed during technical disruptions may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or game parameters (including mispriced markets), 77gaya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. 77gaya is not liable for bets that are accepted or rejected due to connection delays on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of placing a wager. These limits may change at any time without notice.
• Winnings will be credited to your 77gaya account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

7 Responsible Gaming

77gaya is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77gaya platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and their balance withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player environment.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known bug are not payable.
• Providing false personal information, including name, date of birth, address, or payment details.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any form of financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with 77gaya staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77gaya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of 77gaya or its licensed content partners. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 77gaya.

Game content is supplied under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77gaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

77gaya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance wherever practicable.

The maximum aggregate liability of 77gaya to any individual user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

77gaya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and 77gaya, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

All complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, further escalation options will be communicated to you at that stage.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 77gaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard procedures outlined in Clause 4, provided that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds are in place.

77gaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• The continued operation of the account represents an unacceptable risk to the Company, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts owed to 77gaya, subject to the completion of identity verification and any applicable compliance review.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77gaya reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify registered users by email. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without specific notification.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Services and contact us to arrange account closure.
